Large Homemade Pizza

So you remember when I made small sized Pizza? Decided to up the scale and make something bigger. Well it wasn’t the regular circle Pizza, Had to make it into squares.

For this one, I used Grilled Chicken breasts and Fresh Basil, So i guess i’ll just called it Chicken Basil Square Pizza? sounds about right.

My Pizza dough all prepped up with my very own Pizza sauce (please Ignore the aluminium foil, I ran out of baking paper.)
In goes the Cheese, shredded chicken and basil. (Its best to grate your cheese for this, I know i didn’t, I was just lazy)
All done.

Note:

  • Cut into squares before putting it in the oven, so when its done, the squares can be separated easily. Use a Pizza cutter or a knife.
  • The major goal here is for the dough to be cooked. Since its in a big pan, some parts might not be cooked evenly(This might be because of your oven). A trick here is to bake just the dough for about 5 mins take it out to cool, before adding the toppings.
  • Preferably, I like toppings that are already cooked or take a short time to cook.
