My name is Emmanuel Dante Ehimen and I really just love food. The endless possibilities of taste you can derive from every mixture or combination of ingredients. I am like a mad scientist in the kitchen! I like to create something new or suitable with the available ingredients I have.

I started cooking at a very young age. Weirdly, I had the freedom to do whatever I like.
I watched my Mum cook and feed over Twelve plus people everyday and the meals were always awesome. She remains my inspiration. She also saved me in one of my numerous cooking mishaps.
So this food blog is just me showing the world what I love to do. I know it might be late, but now I am ready to share my food experiences. I need to make it known that I am not a professional, I am a work in progress. I don’t think I will ever stop learning or trying out new meals.
